Why Build?

The goal is give individual residents and businesses the same access to telecommunications services that urban households and businesses can generally enjoy at affordable prices.

Competition?

All services delivered over this network will be provided by private sector companies. We are contacting as many local and regional providers as we can and are inviting all of them to sell services on the network.

How can I get connected?

As we begin to role out network access in spring of 2009, we will post additional information on this site about where service is available, what service providers to contact, and what services are available.
