Lean Six Sigma Workshop

The Wytheville Community College Manufacturing Technology Center is offering a Lean Six Sigma Overview workshop at Crossroads Institute, in Galax.This 4-hour event will present the principles and applications of Lean Manufacturing and the process improvement tools of Six Sigma. The workshop format is a combination of lecture and hands-on simulation.
